Important: NHS England is writing to patients

NHS England is sending letters to patients asking them to confirm their details are correct. If you receive one of these letters, you must respond and return it as instructed. If you do not reply, NHS England may remove you from our patient list. Being removed means you will lose access to GP services at this practice and will need to re-register, which can cause delays to your care.

If you receive a letter, please action it straight away — do not ignore it.

Why this matters

NHS England periodically reviews GP patient lists and may remove patients whose details are out of date or who are no longer eligible to be registered at a practice. If you are removed, you will need to re-register, which can cause delays to your care.
