What happens after you contact us online
A clinician reads every online request and decides what help you need.
- •If it is urgent — we will contact you the same day.
- •If it is routine — we aim to contact you within 2 working days. We will tell you if it will take longer.
- •If it is an admin request — we aim to reply within 3 working days. We often reply the same day.
We may contact you by text message or phone. We may offer an appointment in person or by phone with a doctor, nurse or other healthcare professional.
