Need Help Now?
Call 999 if someone's life is at risk. For example: chest pain, severe bleeding, signs of a stroke, or difficulty breathing.
Use NHS 111 if you need medical help and it is not an emergency. NHS 111 is open 24 hours a day, every day. Go to 111.nhs.uk or call 111.
When we are closed (evenings after 6:30pm, weekends and bank holidays), use NHS 111. They can arrange for you to see an out-of-hours doctor if you need one.
A pharmacist can help with many minor illnesses without an appointment.
For admin queries and complaints only. Do not email us about medical problems. Contact us online or call 0161 357 1600 instead.
