What our patients say

Patient Reviews

"I cannot put into words how fantastic this GP surgery is! From the receptionists who are always so lovely, friendly and helpful and always try to go the extra mile to help me, to the doctors and nurses who do the same. What stands out the most is I feel listened to, understood, and I feel in safe hands. The care provided is a full team effort — more importantly, that team includes me as the patient. I cannot thank you all enough!"

"Attended with my wife for her flu jab today and asked if my appointment could be brought forward from Monday. The young receptionist went to check with the nurse and came back smiling — 'you're on!' So nice of her and willing to go a step further for a patient. Well done."

— Patient Review

"Dr Wilshere was very helpful and informative. He took time to explain matters and provided reassurance. Called surgery at 8am, appointment at 9am — overall a very good experience."
